The Master on the pinball machine is ”Tony Delgado,” a halfway point between the two. Hair of Ainley, features of Delgado. There was a contract issue with Ainley--Bally wanted him to do far more voicework than they were willing to pay for, so he rescinded his likeness rights. Terry Molloy was far more amenable to Bally’s contracts, so the Master’s role in the story went to Davros.
